Business problem

Customer had a business idea of creating a new online broker to allow users to apply for business credit at high street banks without leaving their home.

The customer has a strong domain knowledge, but needed help with transforming their idea into proper IT project.

We implemented online form for customers to apply for a credit, accessible through web browsers and mobile phones.

The deliverable included also a simple back-office application for the founder to be able to forward the applications to the banks.

This allowed BIZL to start attracting customers, learn about the market and the startup’s relevance to it.

Growth

Once the form was online, we continued with:

• enhancing the user experience of the form
• creating brochure site to present BIZL to customers
• setting up a blog to publish industry-relevant articles
• conducting market research
• propagating BIZL on social networks
• implementing functionalities to monitor customers’ behaviour

Currently BIZL started generating revenues by attracting real customers looking for bank loans.
